In the low pressure stainless steel system, sometimes in order to save the cost and convenient maintenance, will also choose loose stainless steel flange or loose stainless steel flange ring.
Use and maintenance methods:
1. Long-term storage of stainless steel flange, should be regularly maintained, often open to the outside of the production and processing surface must be kept clean, eliminate stains, neatly stored in a natural ventilated dry and manetic place, prohibited stacking or outdoor storage. To maintain the dry steel flange and natural ventilation, transparent retainer clean and neat, in accordance with the proper storage way.
2. Before installation, be sure to check each specification and size of stainless steel flange: whether the pipe diameter is in accordance with the application regulations, remove the shortcomings caused by the transportation process, and remove the stains of stainless steel flange, do well in advance preparation before installation, everything is ready.
3. During installation, the stainless steel flange can be immediately installed on the pipeline according to the interface mode, and the installation can be carried out according to the application position. In general, it can be installed on any part of the pipeline, but it needs to be conducive to the maintenance of the actual operation. Pay attention to the material inflow of the stainless steel flange should be the longitudinal valve disc under the celebrity, and the stainless steel flange is only horizontal installation. 4. Stainless steel flange corrosion treatment method:
1. Clean with emery cloth and wire brush.
2. Use tungsten steel shovel to remove large areas of rust.
3. Remove protrusions such as welding slag and various burrs with file.
4. Remove the rust at the corners with a scraper and wire brush.
5. Clean with a clean rag, or dip in solvent rag primer in time.
6. Pay attention to the toughness coating has not failed, can be retained. Use emery cloth to coat the surface of the old paint, sand the coating defects into an axe shape, and paint directly after cleaning.
